This is a private reference site with no connection to Ward County or any government body. It does not hold official records, perform official checks, retrieve documents, or file papers for a visitor.

Its function is to identify sources such as the Ward County Sheriff, local court clerks, Texas Department of Public Safety, and Texas Public Sex Offender Registry. Some pages also connect visitors to independent research tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site

• Stalk, threaten, intimidate, or harass any person with information found here

Texas Code of Criminal Procedure article 62.0081 prohibits using public Texas Public Sex Offender Registry data to injure, harass, or commit a crime against a registrant or the person's family. The data supports public safety, not vigilantism or unlawful discrimination.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

Ward County Criminal History is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and creates no credit report, background check, or consumer report. Neither this website nor its advertising partners offers a service designed for decisions about:

• Employment or termination
• Rental or housing applications
• Creditworthiness or insurance rates
• Eligibility for a license, permit, or public benefit
• Any other matter regulated by the FCRA

When a lawful purpose requires such a report, use Texas Department of Public Safety procedures or a screening provider that complies with the FCRA.

5. No Legal Advice

The website provides no legal advice. General explanations of Ward County records cannot determine how a charge, conviction, warrant, expunction, or nondisclosure rule applies to one person. A licensed Texas attorney can address those questions.
